I need to start uploading things here more often but I’ll get to it soon, I promise! A lot of people have been bugging me about it but I’ll get around to doing it..I will!
So…what happens when you’re emotionally unstable, everything around you seems like is falling apart and you feel like a pawn at what life’s throwing at you? This happens..
It looks pretty chaotic and I can’t say I like the end results but it pretty much describes my emotional state when I drew it; It’s the character that represents my negative feelings, I think some of you have seen her around, especially on old drawings I posted on deviantART.
Nothing special but I got to play around with various things and I used my new quill. It turns out the nib is not very good so I’ll go back to using my old quill (the new quill’s nib is not replaceable godammit). I may just use this new quill for testing and playing around though…or just look at it.
It’s pretty!
Just for the heck of it, I decided to combine chinese ink, ecoline and copic markers and I decided to take photos of the process just because I was bored.
And….it’s over :( but it was a wonderful experience and my team, BATASS, had great fun! We sold out our comic book (Milky Way comics, issue 1). We weren’t expecting such a success but it was really amazing! I got to meet new people, got a waifu, saw great cosplayers, bought some nice comic books and acquired new stalkers!
Some people would ask us to sign the book for them and it felt really cool. Other people would ask for our deviantART, facebook or blog to continue following our artwork.
Now, easter holidays coming up so it’s time for us to take a break and then…dun dun dun exams and projects!
Heya everyone! My classmates and I formed a little team and we made a comic book together. We’re going to sell it this weekend at the Comicdom (comic convention in Athens, Greece).
We’ve been working on it for quite some time. We had a lot of issues and stress to go through but it’s finally done! There were also a few mistakes here and there but hey…that’s the only way to learn, right?
Started colouring the pages with Ecolines today. I don’t know if I’m satisfied or not but I’m having fun. I just hope I won’t screw up completely in the process XD
More things I’ve been working on for college. Finally finished inking these A3 sized comic pages and now time to proceed to colouring them with ecolines.
In the meantime, I played around in Photoshop with the first panel to try out the colouring I have in mind, before touching the actual pages.
